Time is Short
When you look ahead in life to when your kids are grown and out of the house, you realize just how short life is. When you look back 10-15 years and see how fast time went, you realize those years with your kids will be over in a blink of an eye. You notice it just a little when you have one child, but when you have a second, time goes even quicker and those things with your 1 st child you thought you would never get through flew right past your radar with your 2 nd child. Christmas time is upon us and soon after that in February I will be planning my sons 3 rd birthday party and then in April I will be planning my daughter's 1 st birthday party. A time is coming (I already see it starting) all too soon when my son won't cry to mommy and daddy when he falls down, when he won't want to sit in our laps, he won't want to be where we are every minute of the day.
