Joslin's Prayer
The tiniest prayer from a place full of faith can move a huge mountain.
“If you have faith like the grain of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, move from here to there & it will move, nothing will be impossible for you” Matthew 17:20
I want to take a minute & tell you how amazingly awesome my God is. The other day they were calling for snow in Texas all the way to Illinois with us not supposed to get anything. I showed my daughter Joslin & she said let’s pray for it to snow. So we prayed & as she closed her prayer she said thank you Jesus for hearing & answering my prayer amen. She asked me “mom that’s what you say after your prayers isn’t?” I said “yes, do you know why?” & she said “no”. So we talked about having faith & talked about waiting expectantly knowing that Jesus will answer your prayer. As we finished the conversation I asked her “even if it doesn’t snow, did Jesus still hear & answer your prayer?” Joslin said “ “well yes, He always hears & answers our prayers.”
This morning when we got in the car to go to school, something hit my face, I looked up & looked around & it was snowing! I looked at my weather app & they had a hazardous weather statement calling for snow just for a little small area of central Arkansas that included us. It’s not below freezing but the fact that God answered her prayer & showed up & showed out just because He wanted to prove to her how much He loves her is all that matters.
Thankyou Jesus for hearing & answering my baby girl’s sweet little prayer Amen!!!
